2 oz SLD Gin or Vodka

3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice

3/4 oz Simple Syrup

With a jigger add all ingredients to cocktail shaker, add ice, shake, strain into chilled glass with fresh ice or chilled coupe. Garnish with fresh cut lime wheel.


Southside

2 oz SLD Gin

3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice

3/4 oz Simple Syrup

6 Fresh Mint Leaves, medium size

With a jigger add SLD gin, lime juice and simple syrup to cocktail shaker. Add ice and mint leaves, shake, double strain into a chilled coupe.

3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

3/4 oz Simple Syrup

2 1/4 oz Topo Chico

With a jigger add SLD gin, lemon juice and simple syrup to cocktail shaker, add ice, short shake, double strain into a chilled highball glass, top with seltzer. Garnish with lemon peel, expressing oils over cocktail.


Bee’s Knees

2 oz SLD Gin

3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

1/2 oz Honey Syrup

With a jigger add ingredients to cocktail shaker, add ice, shake, double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with lemon disc, expressing oils over cocktail and floating lemon disc on top.

2 oz SLD Gin

3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

1 oz Raspberry Syrup

1 Lemon Peel

1 oz Egg White

Crack egg over shaker, strain out egg white only, discard shell and yolk. Express oils from lemon peel into shaker, rub peel on rim of glass, drop peel into shaker. Using a jigger add ingredients to cocktail shaker, shake without ice, double strain into a coupe.


Sour

2 oz SLD Gin or Vodka

3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

3/4 oz Simple Syrup

With a jigger add ingredients to cocktail shaker, add ice, shake, double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with lemon disc, expressing oils over cocktail.

Moscow Mule

1 3/4 oz SLD Vodka

3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice

3/4 oz Ginger-Lemongrass Syrup

2 oz Topo Chico

With a jigger add SLD Vodka, lime juice and ginger-lemongrass syrup to cocktail shaker. Add ice, shake and strain into copper mug filled with ice. Top with 2 oz Topo Chico. Garnish with lime disc.
