Classic Martini

Martini pictured in 6oz Martini glass

2 oz State Line American Gin, London Dry Gin, or Vodka
1 oz Dry Vermouth (we recommend Dolin)
2 dash Orange Bitters (optional)

Glass: Martini, Coupe, or Rocks
Garnish: Lemon Twist or Olives

Add all ingredients to a stirring vessel, add ice, and stir until vessel is ice cold. Strain into chilled martini or coup glass or into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with lemon twist or olives.
