State Line Rum Lime Crema

Recipe by Sales Representative Del Lorenson

1 cup Sour Cream
1 cup Cilantro, loosely packed
3 Green Onions, roughly chopped
1 tbsp Lime Juice
1 tbsp State Line Rum
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper

Tools: Food processor or blender

Directions: Combine ingredients in a blender or food processor, blend until ingredients are well incorporated. Keep refrigerated.
